IU neither receives nor stores your card details.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe; one of the largest payment processors in the world, with major clients including Target, Unicef, Facebook and many more.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. More info on Stripe here and here.

What is your refund policy?
A 30-day full refund period is honoured in case you change your mind (for any reason at all). Please note that refunds, in some cases, may take up to 30 days to process.
Why does IU charge based upon account-size, for MSP?
In order to ensure optimally synchronised trade execution, the highest grade, institutional-level third-party server technology is employed. Our incurred costs are based upon order quantities processed/synchronised, which naturally are based upon client account size.
When will my Membership commence?
As soon as your payment is confirmed. In the case of card-payments, this is almost instantaneous. For Australian bank transfers it can take 24 hours or so — if you’d like to confirm sooner, please simply email, call or chat with us (the chat box is in the lower-right of most pages).
